As you would expect from a global operation Yokogawa have service centres located throughout the world, each equipped with the necessary instruments, standards, procedures, and personnel to maintain your Yokogawa products at their peak performance.

We understand that even with the renowned reliability of Yokogawa Instruments, calibration & repairs are required from time to time and that minimising down time must be a priority. To enable this, we have developed a large European Service Centre at our headquarters in Amersfoort, Holland and here they can both service your Yokogawa instrument in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, and calibrate it in the world class calibation laboratory traceable to European standards.

Yokogawa recognizes the important of continued support services for products no longer in production, and many of our products that have not been manufactured for many years are still in service today. Our policy is to provide support services for a specified minimum period after the product is discontinued from production. After that time, given component availability, we will still work with you to either repair or replace your instrument to the best of our ability.

On reciept of a faulty instrument, repair costs are estimated based on parts cost and hours worked necessary to complete the repair and return the instrument to its original accuracy. Should you heave your own service department we are able to supply manuals, spare parts and advice to enable you to complete a satisfactory repair.
